Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • Members who wish to pay for the Learning Program in three quarterly payments.

    1st payment: Registration($25) and 3 classes ($75) = $100.

    2nd payment due Dec: 3 classes = $75.

    3rd payment due March: 3 classes = $75.
  • Members who wish to pay for the Learning Program in one payment.

    Registration is $25.
    Each of the 9 classes is $25, which equals $225.

    Total cost for the year is $250.
  • The Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization does not prevent any family from participating in the Learning Program because of monetary restrictions. If you require a scholarship for the Learning Program, please request a scholarship registration code from Anne (anne@goldcoastdownsyndrome.org).

The Learning Program consists of nine 90 minute classes a year held during the school year.  Both parents and children attend classes.  Initially the program focuses on developing literacy and math skills, then moves to building social skills.  The staff includes a teacher, an early childhood development specialist,  and a speech and language pathologist.  Instruction for parents of younger children includes research-based materials to engage children in learning.
